We are expanding and have brilliant opportunities for Osteopaths here in Stoke-on-Trent.
You will be joining a team of chiropractors, massage therapists, osteopaths and Pilates and Yoga instructors alongside our fantastic reception team.
Have you had bad experiences working for Osteopaths who just put you in room and expect you to 'get on with it'? We do things differently here, and run weekly team coaching to discuss cases and practice technique allowing us to grow in a supportive environment where we can have fun and a learn at the same time.
We offer a salary plus bonuses with an earning potential of 30K+ which includes a guaranteed basic rate (so you get paid for just turning up and for holidays) and your IO fees and insurance paid for too! We also contribute towards your CPD and conferences every year.
Our clinic has an on-site Pilates & Yoga studio, exercise prescription software, Atlas and Chattanooga adjusting tables, and digital X-ray and reporting facilities.
Our practitioners have training in a wide range of areas including diversified, extremity, functional neurology, SOT, muscle testing, cranial, pregnancy and paediatrics. The principal chiropractor has had over 8 years experience in coaching other chiropractors and osteopaths and over the past few years we have welcomed a number of fantastic speakers into our clinic for seminars to help coach our associates. We are a wellness clinic (as in we care for our patients beyond pain relief) but we are not high volume and we want you to have a great work-life balance whilst you continue your career development here.
The population of Stoke-on-Trent are friendly and hard working and there is a strong demand for the first-class chiropractic care we provide. Our excellent reputation in the community means we see over 20 new patients every week! We also have great contacts at Stoke City FC, local GPs and consultants and at a number of music venues across the region.
Our principal chiropractor, Andy, has worked backstage at over 20 live shows with bands such as Guns n Roses, Sum 41 and 30 seconds to Mars. Andy is also regularly invited as a guest lecturer at the College of Osteopaths and his patient base often includes Stoke City Footballers and paralympic athletes.
Stoke-on-Trent is just an hours drive from Manchester, Birmingham, Nottingham and Liverpool and only an hour and a half from London Euston by train. We are just a stones throw from the beautiful Peak District national park and property in the area has been voted in the top 10 investment hotspots nationally.
