Our consultations are for those patients who have never attended our centre before.

You will receive a health history form by email which your practitioner will review prior to the consultation. We will then ask for further details to understand why you are getting the problem and what needs to be done to help you. Assessments are often made of your movement, strength and flexibility to identify which areas are working well and which ones are not. Following this, we will provide you with a diagnosis and prepare a tailored plan of action to ease pain quickly and improve function to get you back to doing the things you love to do!
