It might surprise you to know that 80% of us have or have had back, joint or muscular pain, and we understand that this isn’t just frustrating and uncomfortable, but that it could be stopping you from doing something that you love. If you or someone you know are suffering, we would like to introduce our services to help you find a solution to your pain and to get you back to living life to the full with a spring in your step and a smile on your face.
Our team of healthcare professionals includes Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Massage Therapists, Pilates and Yoga Instructors who work together to ensure that you get both the right type of care and the best from your care.
Our process
Chiropractic & osteopathy
Most patients start their care under the guidance of our Chiropractors and Osteopaths who will make a thorough assessment of your movement, alignment and flexibility so we can determine the best way to help you.
We listen, we examine, we study, we explain and, working with you, we create a personal plan of action tailored just for you. To get started simply ask for a consultation appointment.
You should not have to put up with pain, it is your body’s way of telling you something is not right, and we can help with that!
Massage therapy
There are hugely beneficial effects to all the systems of the body by having massage. It brings about a deep sense of relaxation and helps improve your circulation allowing your body to repair and renew.
Our massage therapists are experienced and knowledgeable when it comes to the structure of your body and can relieve the bad habits of muscle tension that cause long-standing problems. They work together with our team of chiropractors and osteopaths to provide you with the type and depth of massage that you need.
Massage isn’t just for holidays and spa weekends! With regular massage, people reach higher levels of performance, recover more quickly from injury, enjoy greater fitness, are better able to adapt to stress, and are empowered to know they are adding to their long-term health and quality of life.
Pilates & yoga
We run Yoga and Pilates group classes and one to one sessions every day in our wellness studio. We provide all the equipment and limit numbers to just 10 participants, so our instructors have the time to ensure everyone gets the attention they need to perform the exercises correctly. Our instructors are experienced and attentive to ensure that Yoga and Pilates are both safe and effective for you.
Pilates is a gentle, low-impact conditioning programme for the muscles which support your spine, suitable for people of all ages and abilities.
A combination of mat work, posture awareness and resistance techniques are taught to switch on the muscles which support your spine. Whilst the exercises can look quite simple performing them takes concentration and focus. Pilates is particularly effective for people suffering from recurrent back or joint pain, for post-natal rehabilitation and to aid relaxation.
Yoga focuses on flexibility, strength and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. Yoga is a great way to increase physical activity using a series of movements that combine stretching exercises, controlled breathing and relaxation.
